Services: CLKK Tech Solutions provides installation and technology services as agreed upon per project, scope of work will be outlined in individual quotes or contracts

Quotes & Pricing: Quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue, pricing is subject to change after 30 days. Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before proceeding

Payment Terms: A deposit maybe required to proceed before materials are ordered and will be noted in the quote. Additional payment maybe required prior to work beginning and full payment is due upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, Cheques, Interact E-Transfer and Direct Bank Transfers. Payments done via Credit Cards and Direct Bank Transfers maybe subject to an additional fee. Late fees will be applied after 7 days of invoice being issued if full payment is not received when services are completed

Late Fees: Late fees of 2% per month will be applied 7 days from the invoice date.

Scheduling & Access: Clients are responsible for ensuring site access is available on the agreed dates and ensure site safety as well. Any delays caused by the client may result in rescheduling fees or adjusted timelines

Equipment & Materials: All equipment and materials remain the property of CLKK Tech Solutions until payment is received in full

Warranty & Workmanship: CLKK Tech Solutions provides a 1-year labour warranty on all completed projects. All equipment and hardware installed by CLKK Tech Solutions is covered separately under the respective manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modifications. Any work performed by a party other than CLKK Tech Solutions or someone explicitly authorized by CLKK Tech Solutions after project completion will void the labour warranty. CLKK Tech Solutions is not responsible for damages caused by environmental or external factors including but not limited to flooding, lightning, power surges, extreme temperatures, rodents, or other conditions outside of our control. In no event shall CLKK Tech Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the value of the original services provided. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate site information, safe working conditions and any necessary permissions or access to the site to complete the work required

Changes to Scope: Any modifications or changes to the scope of work by either the client or CLKK Tech Solutions after work has begun will be documented and updated with pricing before proceeding and requires authorization from both parties.

Recurring Service Agreement: Clients are subject to a separate service agreement that will be signed by both parties before services begin. The agreement will include the scope of services, frequency and pricing. General terms and conditions still apply

Billing Cycle: Clients will be billed accordingly to their agreement, payment is due 30 days of invoices being issued

Auto-Renewal: Agreements automatically renew at the end of each term. A minimum of 7 days written notice is required before the renewal date to cancel or modify an agreement, otherwise fees may apply

Cancellation of Recurring Services: Clients have the right to cancel the contract at any time, early termination fees may apply and will be outlined in each agreement. Clients have 30 days to cancel after a new agreement is signed for no penalty

Service Level Expectations: Each agreement will outline specific Service Level Agreements (SLA) and expectations. If any work or project falls outside of the scope of the agreement, services will be billed separately.

Price Adjustments: Pricing for recurring services may be adjusted with 30 days notice. Clients will be informed of any changes to pricing or agreements in writing

Suspension of Service: CLKK Tech Solutions reserves the right to suspend any recurring services if an account becomes overdue

Health & Safety: CLKK Tech Solutions follows all provincial and federally mandated safety standard. It is the clients responsibility to inform CLKK Tech Solutions of any site hazards, restricted areas or anywhere that has special requirements before work begins

Cancellations: Any cancellations made after an agreement has been signed may result in the forfeiture of the client's deposit. If no deposit was collected, a cancellation fee may apply. CLKK Tech Solutions requires a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to a scheduled job if the client needs to cancel or reschedule for any reason. Any cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of a scheduled job may be subject to an additional fee

Force Majeure: CLKK Tech Solutions is not responsible for any delays that are caused by factors outside our control like weather, supply chain issues, illness, road closures, etc.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between CLKK Tech Solutions and the client will be attempted to be resolved directly before any legal action is pursued

Data Collection & Privacy: CLKK Tech Solutions will be collecting the necessary information required for the purpose of delivering and managing our services. We will be collecting Client Name, Company Name (if applicable), Client Contact details (Phone & Email), Project history as well as payment information.

Photo & Media: CLKK Tech Solutions may photograph in-progress and completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Client Portal Terms: CLKK Tech Solutions utilizies a client portal which is granted on a per-client basis. The client is responsible for keeping their credentials secured and to not share their credentials. CLKK Tech Solutions reserves the right to suspect access for misuse or non-payment

Account Security: Clients are responsible for keeping their login credentials secured and must notify CLKK Tech Solutions immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account

Data Storage & Security: Client data is stored securely on CLKK Tech Solutions servers and we take every reasonable measure to protect it, we cannot gurantee absolute security against all threats but will use all reasonable measures to protect client data

Third Party Platforms: CLKK Tech Solutions maybe using third-party platform and services to keep and secure client data

Data Retention: CLKK Tech Solutions will keep client data for a minimum of five (5) years after project completion or client relationship has ended. Clients can request their data to be deleted anytime by emailing [email protected]

PIPEDA Compliance: CLKK Tech Solutions complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and clients have the right to request access to their personal information at anytime by emailing [email protected]

Communications: The client consents to CLKK Tech Solutions to receive service-related communications and may opt out of any marketing communications by emailing [email protected]

Governing Law: CLKK Tech Solutions is governed by the laws of the province of Saskatchewan.
